Each ticket corresponds to a unique query.

Once our team has resolved your query,

you will be notified that it is resolved and the ticket will be closed.

If you think the issue is not resolved,

you can reply to the same ticket and it will automatically reopen.

For new support requests, pl create a new one so we can assign it to the relevant department.
